Mr Rolton has changed my life. Simple as that. I've lived with worsening disc issues for years, the flare-ups of which were impossible to predict and thus hard to mitigate. When the pain became a constant sciatic pain, which robbed me of sleep, joy and mobility, we took a conservative approach at first - rather than just barrelling in with the surgical option. It was a temporary reprieve, and while surgery was the eventual outcome, I appreciated that it might not have been necessary. He is friendly, approachable and professional. And there's no doubt that my Microdiscectomy has been a success (6 weeks hence). If I have any further back issues I would have no hesitation about seeing him again and trusting him with my mobility. And I have already recommended him to several friends. Thank you, Mr Rolton!

Lovely manner, and felt confident that he would do a good job. I was listened to.

Clear explanation of the cause of the symptoms. Balanced advice on treatment options. A minor observation - I struggled, at least initially, to follow conclusions he was drawing from MRI scans on his screen - he could have pitched the explanation at a "lower" level.

Mr. Rolton really listened to me when I first went to see him. He gave me several options and helped walk me through what each entailed. I went into surgery extremely confident with my choice, and it is because of him that I felt so comfortable with the decision of surgery.
